Terms & Conditions

Payments:

Currently we accept cash or e-transfers only.  Full payment must be received before items are picked up or delivered

A minimum payment of 50% of total order is required to secure your booking

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to rental date for a full refund

Cancellations after this period will result in a penalty of 50% of the total order

Damage deposit:

A damage deposit amounting to 50% of the total order value will be collected with each rental order. This deposit is in addition to the total cost of the order

Damage deposit will be fully refunded once all items are returned in the same condition as they are provided

Damage deposit covers costs for missing items (including but not limited to individual game pieces), damaged items, stained linens (including but not limited to candle wax, ink, grease), and late fees

Missing items must be returned within 7 days of rental return.  Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of full damage deposit

In case of damages, the full damage deposit will be retained. Amount will not be adjusted based on individual items or damages

Charlie’s Party Rentals reserves the right to retain damaged items as they will not be returned to customers

Damage deposit for outdoor/indoor games is as follows: $25 games require a $50 deposit, $50 games require a $100 deposit

Pick up and return:

Arrangements will be made prior to date of rental. Items not returned according to the contract will be subject to an additional fee of $25.00 per day

Items must be free of wax, food, or any other debris when returned

Use of equipment:

Equipment is to be used responsibly and only for its intended purposes

Owner is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage resulting from the use of rented items

Party rentals and event management setup with decorated banquet tables and chairs.
